MTSH collaborates with a diverse network of strategic partners across both the public and private sectors, in Myanmar and internationally. These trusted partnerships form the foundation of a transparent and reliable business environment for our clients and stakeholders.
Our industrial zone is developed, constructed, promoted, and operated through MJTD, a joint venture among MTSH, TSMC, JICA, and a consortium of three leading Japanese corporations, Mitsubishi, Marubeni, and Sumitomo (collectively known as MMSTD).
For our residential and commercial development projects, we operate through TPD, a joint venture between MTSH and TSMC.
